These bonus terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers at Casabet Casino. They explain how our welcome package, reload offers, cashback and other promotions work, and the rules that apply when a bonus is active on your account. Please read them together with our general Terms and Conditions before claiming any offer. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on our website applies.
Bonus Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or older where a higher age applies to you, and your account must be registered in your own name with accurate details. Only one bonus and one offer is available per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone number, payment instrument and device, and only one bonus can be active at a time. Real money is used before bonus funds. Players in some countries are excluded from all bonuses except cashback; see the country restrictions section.
Welcome Bonus
Our welcome offer is a first-deposit package combining a deposit match and free spins, and it includes one spin of our reward wheel. A minimum deposit applies. The free spins are credited on a selected slot in two batches, and winnings from the spins are subject to a winnings cap and wagering requirements. A sports welcome offer is also available as a separate promotion for sports betting, with its own qualifying deposit, wagering and validity rules. Current promotional banners may advertise a multi-deposit package; the terms of each individual offer apply as published at the time you claim it.
Deposit Requirements
Each bonus has its own minimum qualifying deposit, which is shown in the offer terms before you opt in. The minimum deposit for the welcome bonus differs from the minimum for reload and bet package offers, and the sports welcome offer has its own threshold. Our general minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction apply to all payments. Deposits must be made with payment instruments held in your own name.
Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus carries a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, and winnings from free spins carry a 35x wagering requirement. The Weekend Reload and bet package offers follow the same pattern: 40x on the bonus and 35x on free-spin winnings. The sports welcome reward is subject to a 5x wagering requirement, and qualifying odds apply. Bonus release is capped at five times the bonus amount on deposit offers, and free-spin winnings have their own release cap. If you cancel a bonus or request a withdrawal before completing the rollover, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are removed, and cancelled bonuses cannot be reactivated.
Game Contribution
Game categories contribute differently toward wagering. Ordinary slots and other eligible games contribute 100%. Table games, card games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and craps contribute 0%. Certain named games contribute at a reduced rate of 20%, and excluded games contribute 0%. A list of prohibited games applies while a bonus is active. Live casino games are not available when you have an active bonus.
Maximum Bet
A maximum bet per round applies while playing with bonus funds, and the limit depends on your account currency. The sports welcome reward has its own separate maximum bonus bet. Bets above the applicable limit are not permitted while a bonus is active.
Bonus Expiry
Unless a specific offer states otherwise, bonuses are valid for ten days from activation. The sports welcome reward has a shorter validity of seven days. Unused bonuses that are not tied to a specific promotion may be removed after one month. Any wagering must be completed within the validity period of the offer.
Withdrawals With an Active Bonus
Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is completed removes the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them. Verification may delay withdrawals, and first withdrawals require identity, address and payment ownership checks as set out in our verification policy. A monthly withdrawal limit applies to all accounts.
Restricted Activity
Account transfers, third-party betting and third-party deposits are prohibited. Using a VPN, proxy or any other method to mask or manipulate your real location is not allowed. One account per person is permitted, and one account per household, IP address or device unless shared use is disclosed to us in advance. Breaches of these rules can lead to bonus removal and account action.
Country Restrictions
Our Terms and Conditions list the countries and territories from which accounts cannot be opened or used. In addition, players in certain countries are excluded from all bonuses except cashback. Bonuses are not available where restricted, and eligibility is determined by your actual location.
General Conditions
